My new daily routine
Wake up at 6.15 am everyday
Eat 2 slices of wholemeal toast and jam
Drink black coffee with sugarines
Go to work for an hour, 7.30-8.30
Come home
Walk on treadmill for 30 minutes to music
Chill around house drinking lots of tea and water
Eat lunch at 12- half a large cucumber
Go back to work until 5.30 or 6.00pm
Come home and eat tea asap
Daily Calorie intake should be roughly 1000 Cal
Stay up for at least 3 hours after tea
Do 10 sit ups in bed whilst watching tv
Sit in bed doing butterfly stretch and squeezing pillow between my knee exercise
Sleep for atleast 8 hours 😇
